Vacation Rentals at The Avalon

We loved staying here. The apartment was great, just as advertised. It worked perfectly for our family - had plenty of room and was very comfortable. The complex it great - beautiful pool and very easy to access Clearwater Beach.

we really enjoyed our stay! the condo was in a very nice and quiet area. about a 15 minute drive to clearwater beach. everything was exactly as pictured/described. we got a lot of use out of the provided beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. and were very happy that was available for use. the only issue we ran into during our whole stay was we were unable to find a can opener in the kitchen when we went to cook dinner and it was too late to go out and buy one. besides that, we were beyond pleased with the location, price, cleanliness, and amenities. would recommend to anyone and we are looking forward to coming back!

This place was perfect for us! It had a full kitchen with everything you needed! It was only like a 15 minute drive to the beach with traffic. I loved everything about this place

Agnes and Paul’s place was wonderful! It was clean and spacious. They were very helpful when I had questions. The instructions to get in were simple. I would recommend this spot to anyone. If Clearwater beach is crowded and you want a less crowded and quiet beach Indian Rocks beach is about 20 minutes from the condo and I highly recommend it.

The location was close to the places we attended for a wedding. Host was very informative and provided recommendations of places to go and things to do. We will be repeat guests.

We enjoyed our stay here ! There was a lot of room for the 5 of us. Everything you will need is in the home. The gated community felt safe. The area is perfect only a 7 minute drive to beach ! The pool was beautiful and nice. Do note this condo is on the 3rd floor and has stairs only. It was not a issue for us ! Parking was not a issue , plenty of spaces. Check in and out was easy no issues. We would definitely book with Agnes and Paul again in the future :)

Beautiful condo. Well equipped & spacious. Had everything we needed for our family with 3 kids aged 1 to 12. Easy short drive to beach. Plenty of options for meals close by from sit down to quick service options. Would absolutely love to stay here again.

Great condo in a quiet community. The space is clean, with a courtyard balcony that is a nice place to relax in the morning. The community amenities are great and the location is a short distance to the area attractions. Hosts were responsive and very helpful.

Went here for 2 weeks for a remote workation. I found the condo very accommodating to work in all day. If the pool is a deciding factor, this is the place you want to be.

This was a perfect place for me to spend Christmas with my daughter. It’s very centrally located and it had everything we needed. We didn’t have a chance to use the gym or the pool but it was nice that it was an option for us. I will definitely be back.
